What counts as a static site?
Any site that’s just files: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images. That includes most sites built with Astro, React, Vite or Vue.
What if I need more than five?
You can add more static apps with an add-on pack, each with the same storage and bandwidth as your free ones.
Do I need GitHub?
No. You can upload a zip file of your site instead. Connecting GitHub means your site updates by itself whenever you push a change.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your app gets a secure web address straight away and you can add your own domain whenever you like. SSL is set up and renewed for you.
What happens if my site gets busy?
If a site uses all of its monthly bandwidth, it pauses rather than running up a bill, so you’re never charged for overages. You can add a bandwidth pack if you need more.
