Can I keep my existing email address?
Yes. Your addresses stay exactly the same. Once your mail has been moved across, your domain is switched over to Zume and people carry on writing to the address they already know.
How do I move my mail from Gmail or Microsoft 365?
Connect your old account and your messages and folders are copied across in the background, while your old inbox keeps working. Our team is happy to help, especially if you’re moving several people at once.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Use webmail in your phone’s browser, or add your account to the mail app you already use, such as Apple Mail, Outlook or Gmail. Your calendars and contacts can sync to your phone as well.
Can I share calendars and contacts with my team?
Yes. Share a calendar or an address book with the people who need it, and choose whether they can make changes or just look.
Do I need my own domain?
Business Mail works with a domain you own, like yourbusiness.co.uk. If you don’t have one yet, you can register a domain with us and we’ll set everything up for you.
How is my mail kept safe?
Every connection to your mailbox is encrypted, and incoming mail is checked for spam and viruses before it reaches you. We also set up the records that stop other people sending mail that pretends to be from you.
