Yes. The price you sign up on is what you keep paying. If we adjust pricing for new customers later on, existing customers stay on their current rate.
Is migration really free?
Yes. Tell us where your site lives now and our team will handle the move. If you have a lot of sites or something unusual, let us know and we’ll sort it out.
Can I cancel without having to talk to anyone?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard. Billing stops and you get a confirmation email.
What counts as a hidden fee?
Anything that turns up on your invoice but wasn’t mentioned on the plan page. We don’t add setup, overage or admin charges.
How does the refund work?
